How to Use Your Carrot Benefits
1. Check Your Coverage
Log into your Carrot account to review your available benefits. Every employer’s plan is different, so we recommend confirming which postpartum services are eligible.
2. Connect With Us
Reach out to Soft Landing Postpartum with your estimated due date, location, and the type of care you’re looking for. We’ll discuss your family’s needs and available services.
3. Create Your Postpartum Care Plan
Together, we’ll build a personalized care plan that aligns with your family’s needs, schedule, and eligible benefits.
4. Submit for Reimbursement
For eligible services, we can provide itemized invoices and applicable documentation to support your reimbursement request through Carrot.
Carrot benefits vary by employer. Eligibility, reimbursement, and approved services must be confirmed directly through Carrot before care begins. Carrot Card payments cannot be used for birth or postpartum doula services.
Insurance-Covered Postpartum Doula Care
We work with Loula to help eligible California families access insurance-covered postpartum support.
Loula is a California-based doula and lactation care network that helps connect families with covered services through participating insurance plans.
Depending on your insurance provider and individual plan, you may qualify for postpartum doula visits with little or no out-of-pocket cost.
